Ivanhoe Electric Inc. ( (IE) ) has provided an update.

On October 22, 2025, Ivanhoe Electric Inc. entered into an Underwriting Agreement with BMO Capital Markets Corp. for a public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock at $15.00 per share.
