JinkoSolar ( (JKS) ) has shared an announcement.

On February 27, 2026, JinkoSolar said majority-owned subsidiary Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. (Jiangxi Jinko) had released preliminary unaudited results for the year ended December 31, 2025, under PRC GAAP. The company cautioned investors that these figures differ from and should not replace JinkoSolar’s own U.S. GAAP consolidated financial statements.

Jiangxi Jinko reported 2025 revenues of RMB65.49 billion, down 29.18% year-on-year, and swung to a net loss attributable to shareholders of RMB6.79 billion from a RMB98.9 million profit in 2024. Management attributed the reversal mainly to sharply lower selling prices for photovoltaic products, which eroded core business profitability and cut equity attributable to the parent by over 20%, underscoring the intense price pressure currently reshaping the solar manufacturing sector.

The most recent analyst rating on (JKS) stock is a Hold with a $29.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on JinkoSolar stock, see the JKS Stock Forecast page.
