Kingsoft Cloud Holdings ( (KC) ) has issued an update.
On March 2, 2026, Kingsoft Cloud announced it had revised the annual caps for certain continuing connected transactions under its 2024 Kingsoft Framework Agreement with its major shareholder Kingsoft Corporation. The changes, driven by higher future leasing needs tied to business planning and administrative requirements, increase the limits for comprehensive property services and property lease services for 2026 and 2027, while leaving other transaction caps unchanged.
Because Kingsoft Corporation holds about 32.94% of Kingsoft Cloud’s shares, these arrangements are treated as continuing connected transactions under Hong Kong Listing Rules and remain subject to reporting, announcement and annual review requirements, but not to independent shareholders’ approval. The company noted that, from January 1, 2026 to the announcement date, actual property- and lease-related transaction amounts had not exceeded the original 2026 caps, and emphasized that pricing will continue to be based on arm’s length negotiations and prevailing market rates.
The most recent analyst rating on (KC) stock is a Buy with a $15.60 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Kingsoft Cloud Holdings stock, see the KC Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on KC Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, KC is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by weak financial quality (ongoing losses, higher leverage, and negative free cash flow). Offsetting this are strong technical momentum and a positive earnings-call narrative showing accelerating growth and improving adjusted profitability, while valuation remains mixed due to a negative P/E and no dividend support.
