Gladstone Land ( (LAND) ) has issued an announcement.
On March 20, 2026, Gladstone Land Corporation appointed longtime executive John Sateri as its Chief Investment Officer, effective immediately, while simultaneously naming him CIO of Gladstone Capital, Gladstone Commercial, Gladstone Investment, and Gladstone Management, consolidating investment leadership across the Gladstone platform. Sateri, who has been with the Gladstone Companies since 2007 and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Investments and president of the Gladstone Alternative Income Fund, will continue to oversee investment committees and originate debt and equity deals, with his compensation and employment housed at the external adviser structure that manages all officers and maintains no direct employment or related-party arrangements with the REIT.
