An update from Lands’ End ( (LE) ) is now available.

In connection with its previously announced transaction with WH Topco, L.P. (d/b/a WHP Global), Lands’ End’s board on March 5, 2026, approved transaction success bonuses for executives Andrew J. McLean, Bernard McCracken and Peter L. Gray. McLean will receive a bonus equal to two times his annual base salary, while McCracken and Gray will each receive 1.5 times their annual base salaries, with payments tied to the closing of the deal and subsequent service-based milestones.

Fifty percent of each bonus will be paid at closing of the transaction, 25 percent on the one-year anniversary of closing, and the remaining 25 percent on December 31, 2027, provided the executives remain employed through those dates. The bonuses are also structured to be payable if an executive is terminated without cause or resigns for good reason under their severance agreements, underscoring the company’s aim to retain key leadership and align management incentives with the successful completion and integration of the WHP Global transaction.

The most recent analyst rating on (LE) stock is a Hold with a $17.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Lands’ End stock, see the LE Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on LE Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, LE is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by improving fundamentals (notably a healthier balance sheet and earnings recovery) and supportive technical momentum. It is held back by expensive valuation (high P/E), ongoing revenue pressure and cash-flow consistency concerns, with earnings-call positives and the WHP transaction providing meaningful—but execution-dependent—offsets.
