Lennar (LEN) Gets a Hold from Wells Fargo

In a report released today, Sam Reid from Wells Fargo maintained a Hold rating on Lennar, with a price target of $105.00.

According to TipRanks, Reid is a 3-star analyst with an average return of 2.3% and a 48.24% success rate. Reid covers the Consumer Cyclical sector, focusing on stocks such as Toll Brothers, PulteGroup, and DR Horton.

In addition to Wells Fargo, Lennar also received a Hold from TipRanks – Google’s Google Residential Construction in a report issued yesterday. However, on the same day, Bank of America Securities maintained a Sell rating on Lennar (NYSE: LEN).

Based on Lennar’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending November 30, the company reported a quarterly revenue of $9.37 billion and a net profit of $490.24 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $10.02 billion and had a net profit of $1.1 billion
