("Landore Canada") has executed a sale and purchase agreement (the "Agreement"), to dispose of its 100 per cent. interest in certain tenements which contain Lithium prospects, located within the Junior Lake Project (the "Lithium Claim Blocks"), to ASX-listed Green Technology Metals Limited ("GT1").
