Loma Negra Compania Industrial Argentina Sociedad Anonima ( (LOMA) ) has provided an announcement.

On February 12, 2026, Loma Negra disclosed a relevant event to Argentine market authorities regarding the management of its outstanding debt securities. In connection with its global negotiable bond program, the company had issued Class 6 negotiable bonds on January 23, 2026, at a fixed annual rate of 6.50% maturing on January 23, 2029, and accepted previously issued Class 3 bonds as in-kind payment for part of this new issuance.

The Class 3 negotiable bonds, originally issued on September 11, 2023 at a 7.49% fixed annual rate and maturing on March 11, 2026, were received as subscription for Class 6 bonds for a nominal value of US$2,844,941. As a result, Loma Negra will partially cancel its Class 3 bonds, reducing their outstanding nominal value to US$40,288,642, which reflects an ongoing liability management strategy to optimize its debt profile and future interest obligations.
