EDMONTON, AB, Aug. 20, 2025 /CNW/ - McCoy Global Inc. ("McCoy," "McCoy Global" or "the Corporation") (TSX: MCB) today announced that that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to extend a proposed normal course issuer bid (the "Bid") to purchase up to 2,537,833 common shares, representing approximately 10% of the public float common shares of McCoy as at August 19, 2025.
