Metlife (MET) Gets a Buy from Mizuho Securities

In a report released today, Yaron Kinar from Mizuho Securities maintained a Buy rating on Metlife, with a price target of $100.00.

According to TipRanks, Kinar is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 11.7% and a 66.67% success rate. Kinar covers the Financial sector, focusing on stocks such as Renaissancere Holdings, Willis Towers Watson, and Travelers Companies.

In addition to Mizuho Securities, Metlife also received a Buy from UBS’s Michael Ward CFA in a report issued on February 5. However, yesterday, Evercore ISI maintained a Hold rating on Metlife (NYSE: MET).

Based on Metlife’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending September 30, the company reported a quarterly revenue of $16.88 billion and a net profit of $896 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $18.3 billion and had a net profit of $1.34 billion
