J.P. Morgan Sticks to Their Buy Rating for Metlife (MET)

J.P. Morgan analyst Jimmy Bhullar maintained a Buy rating on Metlife yesterday and set a price target of $91.00.

According to TipRanks, Bhullar is a 4-star analyst with an average return of 5.7% and a 55.43% success rate. Bhullar covers the Financial sector, focusing on stocks such as Globe Life, Unum Group, and Reinsurance Group.

In addition to J.P. Morgan, Metlife also received a Buy from Mizuho Securities’s Yaron Kinar in a report issued on February 12. However, on February 11, Evercore ISI maintained a Hold rating on Metlife (NYSE: MET).

Based on Metlife’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending December 31, the company reported a quarterly revenue of $23.81 billion and a net profit of $771 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $18.44 billion and had a net profit of $1.27 billion
