("Montfort" or the "Company") (TSXV: MONT), announces that, further to its press release dated October 10, 2025 announcing the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (the "Former Auditor") as auditor of the Company, the Company has appointed MNP LLP (the "Successor Auditor") as the successor auditor of the Company effective December 12, 2025 until the close of the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
