(CSE: MTLC) (OTCQX: MTLNF) ("MTL Cannabis" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the "Plan of Arrangement") whereby, among other things, Canopy Growth Corporation ("Canopy Growth") will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares ("MTL Shares") of MTL Cannabis (the "Arrangement").
