VANCOUVER, BC, May 22, 2025 /CNW/ - Metallis Resources Inc. (TSXV: MTS) (OTCQB: MTLFF) (the "Company" or "Metallis") announces a non-brokered private placement (the "Financing") of up to $1,350,000. The Financing will consist of up to 8.437 million units at a price of $0.16 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant exercisable into one common share at a price of $0.26 per share for a 3-year period.
