An update from Norwegian Cruise Line ( (NCLH) ) is now available.
On May 29, 2026, NCL Corporation Ltd., a subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., elected to irrevocably fix the settlement method to cash settlement for all exchanges of its 1.125% and 2.50% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2027, effective for exchange dates on and after that day. As a result, all future exchanges of these notes will be settled in cash rather than shares, a move the company expects will reduce its diluted weighted-average shares outstanding guidance by about 2 million shares for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 and about 4 million shares for the year ending December 31, 2026, potentially limiting equity dilution for existing shareholders.
The most recent analyst rating on (NCLH) stock is a Buy with a $20.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Norwegian Cruise Line stock, see the NCLH Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on NCLH Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, NCLH is a Neutral.
The score is held back mainly by elevated leverage and inconsistent free cash flow, alongside weak technical momentum (price below key moving averages and negative MACD). Offsetting these are a clear post-downturn earnings recovery and earnings-call emphasis on cost discipline, but near-term yield pressure and execution issues keep the outlook only moderate.
