("Northern Shield" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NRN) is pleased to announce that, in order to address regulatory timing requirements, it has closed the final tranche of a non-brokered, private placement of 5,400,000 units for total proceeds of $258,000 (the "Tranche") bringing the total raised across both tranches to $500,500 (the "Offering").
