(the "Company" or "Nanalysis") (TSXV: NSCI, OTCQX: NSCIF, FRA: 1N1) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of up to 16,666,667 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.15 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000.
