(TSXV: NTE) (OTC: NETWF) ("Network" or "the Company") today reported financial results for the first quarter ended February 28, 2025 ("Q1 2025"), including revenues of $1,494,458 (Q1 2024 – $2,128,816), net income of $293,709 (Q1 2024 – net loss of $605,971), and Adjusted EBITDA1 of $475,963 (Q1 2024 – Adjusted EBITDA loss of $354,968). On a per-share basis, the Company reports earnings of $0.02 per share (Q1 2024 – loss of $0.03), and an Adjusted EBITDA of $0.03 per share (Q1 2024 – loss of $0.02).
