(TSX: NUAG) (NYSE American: NEWP) ("New Pacific" or the "Company") announces that in order to replace its prior base shelf prospectus that expired on September 16, 2025, it has filed a final short form base shelf prospectus (the "Prospectus") with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada and a corresponding shelf registration statement on Form F-10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Registration Statement"). The Prospectus and the Registration Statement are expected to provide the Company with flexibility and efficiency in future financings, if and when needed, and replace the prior base shelf prospectus, which was filed in August 2023 and expired in September 2025.
