UiPath Shareholders Back Board, Pay and Auditor Decisions

Tipranks - Tue Jun 30, 3:50PM CDT

End of Quarter Sale - 70% Off

UiPath ( (PATH) ) has provided an update.

At its June 25, 2026 annual meeting, UiPath reported that holders of approximately 93.78% of the voting power of its Class A and Class B shares were represented, constituting a quorum. Shareholders elected seven directors to serve on the board until the 2027 annual meeting, with each nominee receiving substantial support and broker non-votes recorded.

Investors also approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the company’s executive compensation package in a say-on-pay vote, indicating broad backing for management’s pay structure. In addition, shareholders ratified the selection of KPMG LLP as UiPath’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027, reinforcing continuity in the company’s audit oversight and governance framework.

Spark’s Take on PATH Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, PATH is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong financial performance (profitability turnaround, high margins, and robust free cash flow) and a conservatively financed balance sheet. Earnings-call guidance and commentary reinforce improving execution and AI-led enterprise traction, though modest net new ARR and small-customer churn temper the outlook. Technicals are mixed (short-term strength but weaker longer-term trend), and valuation looks reasonable with a mid-range P/E and no dividend support.
