Petroleo Brasileiro SA- Petrobras ( (PBR) ) just unveiled an announcement.
On June 23, 2026, Petrobras said its financing arm Petrobras Global Finance B.V. has set the redemption price for its 7.375% Global Notes due 2027, with the US$670,009,000 principal to be redeemed on June 26, 2026. The move is funded with available cash and will cancel the notes and their Petrobras guaranty, reducing outstanding debt and interest obligations.
