On December 11, 2025, Petrobras announced the distribution of R$ 12.16 billion in shareholder remuneration for the third quarter of 2025, as approved by its Board of Directors on November 6, 2025. The payout will be divided into two installments, with the first installment paid on February 20, 2026, and the second on March 20, 2026. The payments will be adjusted by the Selic rate and subject to income tax on the interest portion.
