An update from PDD Holdings ( (PDD) ) is now available.

PDD Holdings reported unaudited results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, on March 25, 2026, showing solid top-line growth but pressure on profitability. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 12% year on year to RMB123.9 billion, driven mainly by gains in online marketing and transaction services, while operating profit improved modestly and net income attributable to ordinary shareholders fell 11% amid higher fulfillment, technology and marketing costs.

For fiscal 2025, revenue grew 10% to RMB431.8 billion, but operating profit declined 13% and net income dropped 12% as costs of revenue and sales and marketing outpaced growth, and research and development spending jumped 30%. Management framed the margin compression as the result of deliberate, long-term investments in supply chains, technology and ecosystem development, signalling an “all-in” commitment to high-quality, long-horizon growth even as near-term financial performance comes under pressure.

The most recent analyst rating on (PDD) stock is a Hold with a $117.10 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on PDD Holdings stock, see the PDD Stock Forecast page.
