Partners Group unveils Breitling-branded luxury tower strategy in Miami

Partners Group Holding AG ( (CH:PGHN) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Partners Group, one of the largest global private markets firms, is expanding its real estate platform through a branded luxury residential strategy tied to Breitling, a watchmaker it owns on behalf of clients. Working with Empira Group, a vertically integrated residential developer it acquired last year, the firm aims to use its combined development, asset management, and branding capabilities to create differentiated lifestyle-led properties for U.S. and international investors.

The group plans to invest about USD 220 million in B Residences, a roughly 70-story Breitling-branded luxury condominium tower in Miami’s Brickell district, featuring more than 300 for-sale units, penthouses with private pools, and a large B Social Club amenity space. Management highlights that branded residences can command a global price premium and see the project as a way to enhance Breitling’s brand equity, tap strong demand in one of the fastest-growing U.S. cities, and offer existing real estate products exposure to a high-end, lifestyle-focused residential asset class.
