Wells Fargo Keeps Their Buy Rating on PulteGroup (PHM)

Wells Fargo analyst Sam Reid maintained a Buy rating on PulteGroup yesterday and set a price target of $140.00. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $130.64.

Reid covers the Consumer Cyclical sector, focusing on stocks such as DR Horton, Lennar, and Mohawk. According to TipRanks, Reid has an average return of 7.1% and a 61.93% success rate on recommended stocks.

In addition to Wells Fargo, PulteGroup also received a Buy from Bank of America Securities’s Rafe Jadrosich in a report issued yesterday. However, on the same day, Barclays maintained a Hold rating on PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM).

Based on PulteGroup’s latest earnings release for the quarter ending December 31, the company reported a quarterly revenue of $4.61 billion and a net profit of $501.61 million. In comparison, last year the company earned a revenue of $4.92 billion and had a net profit of $913.24 million
