(TSXV: PINK) (OTC: PYNKF) ("Perimeter" or the "Company"), a commercial-stage medical technology company, is pleased to announce that, further to its press releases dated April 21, 2026 and April 28, 2026, it has closed the second and final tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Debenture Offering") of convertible debentures of the Company (the "Convertible Debentures"). Under the second tranche of the Debenture Offering, the Company has issued CDN$3,280,000 principal amount of Convertible Debentures.
