LAS VEGAS, March 5, 2024 /CNW/ - Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (CSE: PLTH) (OTCQX: PLNH) ("Planet 13" or the "Company"), today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering (the "Offering"). Pursuant to the Offering, the Company will issue and sell 18,750,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at an issue price of US$0.60 per Unit for total gross proceeds to the Company of approximately US$11.3 million.
