LAS VEGAS, March 7, 2024 /CNW/ - Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (CSE: PLTH) (OTCQX: PLNH) ("Planet 13" or the "Company"), today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering (the "Offering") for total gross proceeds to the Company of approximately US$11.3 million. Pursuant to the Offering, the Company issued and sold 18,750,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at a public offering price of US$0.60 per Unit.
