CALGARY, AB, Dec. 16, 2025 /CNW/ - Pason Systems Inc. ("Pason") (TSX: PSI) (OTC: PSYTF) is pleased to announce that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has accepted Pason's Notice of Intention to commence a normal course issuer bid ("2026 NCIB"). The 2026 NCIB effectively renews the existing normal course issuer bid, which started on December 20, 2024 and is scheduled to end on December 19, 2025 ("2025 NCIB"). The 2026 NCIB will commence on December 20, 2025 and will terminate on December 19, 2026 or such earlier time as the 2026 NCIB is completed or terminated at the option of Pason.
