VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 29, 2025 /CNW/ - Nuclear Fuels Inc. (CSE: NF) (OTCQX: NFUNF) ("Nuclear Fuels" or the "Company") announces that, in connection with the statutory plan of arrangement (the "Plan of Arrangement") involving Nuclear Fuels and Premier American Uranium Inc. ("PUR" or "Premier American Uranium")(TSXV: PUR, OTCQB: PAUIF) and further to the news releases dated August 13, 2025 and August 19, 2025, the parties have agreed to extend the closing date of the Plan of Arrangement to on or before September 10, 2025 in order to accommodate delays in the receipt of approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
