("Sandstorm Gold Royalties", "Sandstorm" or the "Company") (NYSE: SAND) (TSX: SSL) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared the Company's third quarterly cash dividend for 2025 in the amount of C$0.02 per common share to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 26, 2025. The dividend will be paid on October 7, 2025. The dividend qualifies as an "eligible dividend" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
