CALGARY, AB, Nov. 26, 2025 /CNW/ - Sleeping Giant Capital Corp. (TSXV: SSX) ("Sleeping Giant" or the "Corporation"), is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 350 debenture units of the Corporation (the "Debenture Units" and each, a "Debenture Unit"), at a price of $1,000 per Debenture Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $350,000 (the "Offering"). The Offering is expected to close on or about December 14, 2025.
