The latest announcement is out from Stellantis ( (IT:STLAM) ).
Stellantis reported its full-year 2025 results on Feb. 26, 2026, posting net revenues of €153.5 billion, down 2% year over year, and a net loss of €22.3 billion driven by €25.4 billion in unusual charges linked to a strategic reset toward customer-driven powertrain choice. The company recorded an adjusted operating loss of €842 million, negative industrial free cash flow of €4.5 billion and suspended its 2026 dividend while authorizing up to €5 billion in hybrid bonds to safeguard liquidity of €46 billion.
Despite the weak full-year performance, the second half of 2025 under the renewed leadership team showed a 10% rebound in net revenue and a roughly 50% improvement in industrial free cash outflows versus the first half, supported by a new product wave and better execution. Stellantis affirmed its 2026 guidance, targeting progressive improvements in net revenue, adjusted operating margin and industrial free cash flow through the year, signalling a focus on returning to profitable growth and rebalancing its approach to the energy transition in line with customer preferences for electric, hybrid and combustion models.
