("OneMove") announced today that it acquired ownership and control over 316,700 common shares (each a "Common Share") of Sylogist Ltd. (TSX: SYZ) (the "Company") on March 19, 2026, pursuant to purchases made through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") at an average price of $3.8318 per Common Share, for an aggregate purchase price of $1,213,531.06 (the "Acquisition").
