Description

The TD Target 2026 U.S. Investment Grade Bond ETF seeks to provide regular income and preserve capital by investing primarily in a portfolio of investment-grade U.S. corporate bonds denominated in U.S. dollars each maturing in 2026, which corresponds to the expected year of termination of the TD ETF. It is anticipated that the TD ETF will cease trading and be delisted on or about November 30, 2026, with wind-up and termination occurring shortly thereafter.
