President's Day Sale - 70% Off

TFI International ( (TSE:TFII) ) just unveiled an announcement.

On February 17, 2026, TFI International reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results showing revenue and earnings declines amid weaker freight demand, even as acquisitions partly offset the slowdown. Fourth-quarter revenue fell to $1.91 billion and net income to $71.7 million, with softness across truckload, less-than-truckload and logistics, but free cash flow improved to $258.9 million and net cash from operations rose versus a year earlier.

For 2025, revenue slipped to $7.88 billion and net income to $310.6 million as reduced volumes and higher depreciation weighed on results, though the 2024 Daseke acquisition lifted truckload revenue. Management highlighted stronger free cash flow exceeding $10 per share for the year, a strengthened balance sheet and continued capital returns, including a 4% dividend increase and more than $200 million of share buybacks, underscoring a focus on shareholder value despite a challenging freight environment.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:TFII) stock is a Hold with a C$175.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on TFI International stock, see the TSE:TFII Stock Forecast page.

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, TSE:TFII is a Neutral.

The score is driven by solid cash generation and a constructive technical uptrend, partly offset by cooling operating performance (weaker revenue/margins and moderate leverage) and a less attractive valuation. The latest earnings call was mixed, with shareholder returns and U.S. LTL progress balanced against declining results and soft near-term EPS guidance.
