Tremblay also exercised 374,000 share options and sold the resulting shares at an average price of C$9.96, with the transactions executed between January 20 and 23, 2026 on the Toronto Stock Exchange and/or NYSE American, signaling notable insider dealing activity that may be closely watched by investors and regulators under market abuse rules.
