The share transactions, conducted on the Toronto Stock Exchange and/or NYSE American between January 19 and 23, 2026, were disclosed in line with EU Market Abuse Regulations, providing transparency around insider dealings but not signaling any change in the company’s underlying operations or strategic direction.
