VANCOUVER, BC, June 2, 2023 /CNW/ - TinOne Resources Inc. (TSXV: TORC) (OTCQB: TORCF) ("TinOne" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche of the non-brokered private placement financing, previously announced on May 18, 2023, raising gross proceeds of C$296,420.  A total of 2,470,166 units of the Company (the "Units") were issued at a price of C$0.12 per Unit (the "Financing").
