VANCOUVER, BC, July 14, 2023 /CNW/ - TinOne Resources Inc. (TSXV: TORC) (OTCQB: TORCF) ("TinOne" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its final tranche of the non-brokered private placement financing, previously announced on May 18, 2023, June 2, 2023 and June 26, 2023, raising an additional C$153,000.  The Company overall raised gross proceeds of C$781,000 issuing a total of 6,508,330 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of C$0.12 per Unit (the "Financing").
