TotalEnergies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kuwait Oil Company to deepen technical cooperation, share expertise and conduct studies on new exploration opportunities in Kuwait, reinforcing its role as a key technical partner in the Gulf state’s upstream sector. Announced at the Kuwait Oil & Gas Show and Conference, the agreement highlights TotalEnergies’ ambition to support Kuwait’s resource development goals while strengthening a long-term relationship that could pave the way for future projects and solidify the French group’s positioning in a strategically important hydrocarbon market.
