The latest update is out from TotalEnergies SE ( (FR:TTE) ).

TotalEnergies and Tikehau Capital have formed a 50/50 joint investment platform to accelerate the rollout of public electric vehicle charging infrastructure in urban areas across Belgium and the Netherlands, targeting both existing concessions that TotalEnergies is building or operating and new tenders to expand the regional network. Leveraging TotalEnergies’ operational expertise and leadership in Benelux public charging—where it already operates 9,500 charge points in Belgium and 18,000 in the Netherlands—and Tikehau’s capital and risk‑sharing capabilities, the partnership is designed to strengthen TotalEnergies’ electric mobility business model, support municipal authorities in the EV transition, and reinforce both firms’ positioning in energy‑transition infrastructure and low‑carbon transport.
