CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Oct. 3, 2025 /CNW/ - Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSE American: UEC) (the "Company" or "UEC") announced today the pricing of a public offering of 15,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $13.15 per share (the "Offering"). In connection with the Offering, the Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,325,000 shares of its common stock.
