(NYSE American: UEC), the "Company" or "UEC") announced today the closing of its recently announced public offering of 15,500,000 shares of common stock (each, a "Share"), at a price of $13.15 per Share, for gross proceeds of $203,825,000 (the "Offering"). In connection with the Offering, the Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,325,000 Shares of its common stock.
