VANCOUVER, BC, Dec. 12, 2025 /CNW/ - Silver Viper Minerals Corp. (TSXV: VIPR) (OTCQB: VIPRF) ("Silver Viper" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the first tranche (the "First Tranche") of its $17 million private placement announced on November 18 and increased on November 21 and November 24, 2025 (the "Offering"), issuing 17,816,250 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.80 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $14,253,000.
