An update from Vivakor ( (VIVK) ) is now available.

Between May 14 and May 19, 2025, and again between June 6 and June 9, 2025, Vivakor issued convertible promissory notes totaling about $5.69 million in principal to accredited investors, later converting roughly $663,000 of these obligations into 2.44 million shares of common stock in June 2026. The shares were issued without restrictive legends under securities law exemptions, effectively shifting a portion of the company’s debt into equity and modestly diluting existing shareholders.

On June 17 and June 18, 2026, Vivakor announced a series of crude oil trading arrangements through its Vivakor Supply & Trading unit, including a one-year Bakken crude oil transaction covering about 4,000 barrels per day starting July 1, 2026, expected to generate roughly $115 million in annualized gross revenue and contributing to an estimated $269 million in contracted 2026 revenue opportunities. The deals, which rely on Vivakor’s pipeline-connected facilities in North Dakota and include a separate recurring 2,000 barrel-per-day crude transaction, expand the company’s recurring supply and trading activity while increasing utilization of its U.S. midstream infrastructure network.

Spark’s Take on VIVK Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, VIVK is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance (large ongoing losses and negative free cash flow) and bearish technicals (price far below major moving averages with negative MACD). Offsetting factors include positive corporate developments around recurring crude oil trading/supply agreements and new financing to fund operations and expansion, while valuation inputs are not informative due to a non-meaningful P/E and no dividend yield provided.
