Vox Royalty reported record preliminary full-year 2025 royalty and net precious metal receipts of $16.6 million, a 50% increase from 2024 and above its guidance range of $13–$15 million, driven by $12 million in royalty revenue and $4.6 million in net precious metal income from a gold portfolio acquired in late 2025. The company also delivered record fourth-quarter 2025 receipts of $7.4 million, sharply increasing its gold and silver exposure, and fully repaid the $6.7 million outstanding under its BMO credit facility, leaving the facility undrawn with up to $75 million in available capacity; despite taking a modest impairment on its Brits vanadium royalty in South Africa, Vox exits 2025 with strengthened balance sheet flexibility and momentum ahead of issuing 2026 guidance in March.
