Vox Royalty ( (TSE:VOXR) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Vox Royalty has expanded its Australian footprint with the acquisition of a two-asset royalty portfolio covering gold and copper projects for up to A$650,000, including A$450,000 paid at closing and a further A$200,000 contingent on post-closing conditions expected later this year. The package is anchored by a 4.5% gold royalty over remaining gravity gold production at the Hera Tenement’s Federation and former Hera mines in New South Wales, operated by Aurelia Metals, alongside an uncapped feasibility-stage copper tonnage royalty in Western Australia.
Management highlighted that the deal adds 2,087 ounces of production-stage gold-equivalent exposure at an implied cost of under US$200 per ounce, underscoring Vox’s strategy of buying value in de-risked, near-term producing assets. With the newly constructed high-grade Federation Mine now in commercial production and integrated into Aurelia’s regional processing network, the transaction enhances Vox’s cash-flow visibility and reinforces its positioning as an active consolidator of legacy royalties in key Australian mining districts.
The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:VOXR) stock is a Buy with a C$9.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Vox Royalty stock, see the TSE:VOXR Stock Forecast page.
