(TSXV: FFP) (the "Company" or "Firstfund") for the three months ended June 30, 2022 show a net loss of $168,504 or $0.03 per share (2021 - net loss of $1,086,049 or $0.17 per share). The Company recorded an unrealized net loss of $175,217 in 2022 (2021 - $1,086,344) on the revaluation of the investments in Vitality Products Inc. (TSXV: VPI) measured at fair value through profit or loss. The Company's fee income increased to $81,088 for the three months ended June 30, 2022 (2021 - $75,182).
