The Corporation will issue an aggregate of 1,145,627 common shares for the payment of an aggregate of $103,106.29 of interest owing on certain outstanding Convertible Debentures issued. Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd shares V.VPT are trading off $0.02 at $0.11.
